In France we enjoy Poisson d'Avril !

 On April 1^st, The French join the world wide attempt at fooling friends.  The holiday is called Poisson d’Avril (Fish of April).  Friends play practical jokes on each other, and children try to put paper poissons (fish) on the backs of unsuspecting friends and adults. [...] Around this time of year, you can find a number of Chocolatiers selling a variety of Chocolate shaped fish --- so one way or another, participate in the festive day by either being a 'Poisson d’Avril' or eating one !”
