Georgia Breaks Off 'Open Skies' Accord with Russia

Abstract : Presents Georgia breaking its obligations to Russia under the 1992 Open Skies Treaty, saying Moscow attempted to use the accord to "legitimize" its breakaway regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia
