Saakashvili Links Russia's Planned Military Drills with Elections in Georgia

Abstract : Presents the Georgia's President declaration about the fact that Russia’s planned military exercises this fall, was timed deliberately to coincide with Georgia’s parliamentary elections, scheduled for October.
