in San Diego during a week :
March 24th-April 1st.

The 2nd Annual Tour de
Cuisine highlights French restaurants in San Diego and invites all to indulge in a cultural dining
experience, March 24th-April 1st.
Expand your palate as local
chefs serve up some of the greats, like Coquilles St. Jacques (sea
scallops with wild mushrooms, chervil and white wine sauce) or a Crepe au Crème
Brulee. Participating restaurants will feature $30-$50
three-course prix-fixe menus, celebrating the gastronomy with paired French
wines.
Participating in this year’s Tour de Cuisine are
Bo-beau kitchen + bar in Ocean Beach, Bleu Boheme in Kensington, The French
Gourmet in Pacifc Beach, The Marine Room in La Jolla, The WineSellar &
Brasserie in Sorrento Valley, Vagabond in South Park, and Vincent’s in
Escondido.

The Marine Room: Executive Chef and Maitre Cuisinier de France
Bernard Guillas is this year’s official ambassador of French Restaurant Week. The Marine
Room will offer appetizer choices of Fennel Escargot Casserole, Cypress Grove
Lavender Goat Cheese Brulee, Forest Wild Mushroom Bisque; entrée options of
Brioche Mustard Seed Crusted Arctic Char, Plugra Butter Basted Lobster Tail, or
Provencal Herb Roasted Filet Mignon; and a dessert Trilogy consisting of
