Abstract:
This
article attempts to show that you can eat balanced and healthy at restaurants.
Chef Jason Reynolds proposes priced fast food with the same speed as the
latter.
Quotation:
« In the food court of Ball State
University's Student Center, just sniffing distance from where mass-produced
burritos are rolled out by countless thousands, chef Jason Reynolds offers
gourmet cuisine at fast-food prices. In a student culture where dinner fare
typically runs to tacos, burgers and chicken strips, today's offering would be
medallions of cumin/lime-flavored pork tenderloin, served with cilantro rice
and seared sweet corn that seemed to glow in its serving dish like sunshine
dotted with rubies. »
