Abstract :
This article deals with Moyle Duplex, a prefab construction
thought by the designers of SPMLy Studio and built by a factory, Mod
Home Developments. Presents its flexibility and its sustainable
aspect ; this building saves energy thanks to passive solar
lightings and heat recovery ventilation for example.
